: We had an approval from the local ethical committee concerning aspects of medical research. All cases included in this study had signed informed written consent to participate in this research and to publish the data before being included in the study. Informed written consent to participate in the study was provided by the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) for patients under the age of 18 (signed by the first-degree relative in non-fully conscious patients).The ethical committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Sohag University, Egypt, approved this research prior to starting it, 68/2015 (reference email: , reference phone number: +2-093-4573124).
