: The author hereby certifies that requisite clearance was taken from the Institutional Ethical committee. This study is based on the observation analysis of the standard surgical management of cranio-vertebral junction anomaly performed by the corresponding author, no new techniques or experimental procedures were done. The patients were also briefed during counseling that their clinical profile and images would be used in publication for academic purposes without disclosing any of their personal particulars. All procedures performed in the study were conducted in accordance with the ethics standards given in 1964 Declaration of Helsinki, as revised in 2013.
