: Approval was obtained from the institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Menoufia Faculty of Medicine. The ethical board knows about the patients who were admitted to private clinics. In addition, consent was obtained from the Neurosurgery Department of Menoufia University and informed consent was obtained from each participant before surgery, informing them of all aspects of the study and their right to withdraw at any time. All data are confidential and were used only for the purpose of the study.
