Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The protocol for the research project has been approved by Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Minia University within which the work was undertaken.The study protocol was approved by the scientific ethical committee of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, Minia University, in August 2012. Approval was ascertained from the Institutional Review Board of the Faculty of Medicine, Minia University in September 2012. All procedures performed in the study were in accordance with the ethical standards of Minia University.The study procedure was explained to all eligible participants. Informed written consent was obtained from all patients included in the study.
