: This laboratory investigation is a part of a clinical study conducted on the pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic relationships in psychotropic drug poisonings. The study was conducted according to Helsinki principles, declared to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (declaration number, 2067659) and approved by the ethics committee of the French Society of Intensive Care (protocol number, FICS20020231). Biological samples used in this laboratory investigation were obtained from samples decided by the physicians in charge according to the clinical needs.
