: Before starting the study, ethics committee approval numbered 61351342/JUN 2022–08 was obtained from the University's Non-Interventional Research Ethics Committee. Following ethics committee approval, the sample of this study consisted of men and women between the ages of 20–50 years, who were not related to each other. Twenty healthy women who volunteered for the study and signed an informed consent form were asked to stain sterile white cotton and patterned nylon fabric pieces separately. In addition, biological samples were obtained from five men, who also volunteered and signed an informed consent form, by asking them to give seminal fluid into a sterile sample container.
