Consent to participate: Written informed consent was obtained from all individual participants before the interviews.

Consent for publication: Written informed consent was given by each participant for the publication of their personal reflections and anonymized quotes. The author keeps records of consent in a secure location.

Artificial intelligence usage declaration: During revision of this manuscript, the authors used ChatGPT (OpenAI) to assist with English-language editing, conversion of in-text citations and references to APA author-year style, and editorial refinement. The tool was not used to generate or analyze study data, develop codes or themes, or interpret the findings. All AI-assisted text was critically reviewed, checked against the original manuscript and cited sources, and approved by the authors, who take full responsibility for the final content. Interview quotations were translated from Turkish into English by the research team without generative AI and were checked against the original Turkish excerpts; a bilingual researcher reviewed a subset and performed back-translation checks where needed.
