: The study has been approved by the responsible ethics committee in Essen (local ethics number: 18–8444-BO) as well as the ethics committees in Aachen, Bonn, Duesseldorf and Tuebingen. It has been submitted to the ethics committee in Heidelberg.All eligible patients and healthy control subjects who agree to participate in the study will be provided with a full verbal explanation of the study and the information sheet. After information is provided all participants will have enough time to consider participation before they are asked whether they are willing to take part in the study. Written informed consent will be given before any study specific procedures start. The study is conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
