: This study was approved by the Ethical Committee of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences (ID-number: 75. ZUMS.2016) and ethical issues were fully considered in all the research stages.In the present study, before any action such as data collection and educational interventions, researchers explained the namelessness of the questionnaires, study objectives, and the confidentiality of the study data for the workers. They then participated in the study. We also received informed consent from all participants.
