Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The researchers obtained the approval of the Ethics Committee of the High Institute of Public Health for conducting the research. The researchers complied with the International Guidelines for Research Ethics. Verbal consent was sufficient to be taken from each guardian of the participants after explanation of the purpose and benefits of research because the study sample included records review and interviewing questionnaire and it did not involve taking any biological samples or giving any investigational medicines. This type of consent was approved by the Ethics Committee of the High Institute of Public Health. Anonymity and confidentiality of participants were maintained.
