Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The approval of the Ethics Committee of the High Institute of Public Health, Alexandria University was obtained. In addition, an approval to conduct the study was obtained from the Directorate of Social Solidarity in Alexandria. The researchers complied with the International Guidelines for Research Ethics. Informed verbal consent was obtained from all participants after explanation of the objectives and benefits of the research. For cultural reasons, written signed consent was difficult to obtain as participants feel uneasy about signing their names which makes them unwilling to participate. This procedure was approved by the Ethics Committee of the High Institute of Public Health, Alexandria University. In addition, national regulations do not require obtaining written consent if the research does not include taking any biological samples from the study participants. Confidentiality was ensured.
