Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study protocol was revised and approved by the Ethics Committee in the Public Health Department, Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University. All subjects were treated according to the Helsinki Declaration of biomedical ethics [CitationRef removed]. Informed consent was obtained after proper orientation of the participants regarding the objectives of the study, confidentiality of data, as well as the impact of the research. Since the data were anonymous (identifier codes were used instead), and in order to ensure freely given responses, verbal consent was obtained from the participants. Approval of the Ethics committee to obtain participants’ verbal consent was ensured.
