: The Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University, approved the study protocol (ZU-IRB # 9981/ 23-4-2022). The researchers obtained informed verbal consent from each solid waste disposal worker who agreed to participate in the study because signing a form is not the norm. Also, cultural effects make participants reluctant to sign. They were also assured about the confidentiality of their information and that their responses will only be used for the study. All procedures for data collection were in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki.
