: The study was reviewed and approved by the institutional review board committees of the Saudi Ministry of Health (IRB Log Number: 22–15 M). Data-collecting authorities received written consent from parents and written assent from students before participating in the study. Participants' confidentiality and anonymity were also assured by assigning each participant a code number for analysis only, and their participation was completely voluntary. Appropriate authorizations from the schools' principals were obtained.
