: Ethical approval was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, and was recorded under number FWA 000017585. Administrative approval was also secured from the El-Demerdash Hospital administration. As the qualitative sessions did not involve any sensitive or personally identifiable information, and data was anonymized posing minimal risk to participants, and according to the recommendations of the Secretary’s Advisory Committee on Human Research Protections (SACHRP) [], only verbal consent was obtained from participants in the qualitative study, including permission to record sessions. Confidentiality of all information was strictly maintained in both studies. All data were fully anonymized and were used solely for research purposes.
