: The study was conducted after approval of the Ethical Committee of Ain Shams University under acceptance number FMASU P65b/ 2017–2023. Participants received a comprehensive explanation of the aims of the study, the procedures, confidentiality protections, and their right to refuse participation or withdraw at any moment without any repercussions. The researcher obtained written consent before beginning the interview. Additionally, the study secured formal administrative approval from all the hospitals involved, with signatures from the officials.
