: An e-mailed link to an electronic consent was shared in the email or WhatsApp message containing a link to the survey with potential respondents. This comprises an adaptive e-written consent note, which stated the purpose and importance of the survey. Respondents were required to consent by clicking on the link and filling the consent form. Only consented respondents were automatically led to the online Google survey questionnaire. Anonymity was ensured, as respondents were not required to provide their names.
