: The study was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, and ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the College of Health Science, University of Ghana (Ethics approval number: CHS-Et/M.1-P5.12/2022–2023). All methods and protocols were performed in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines, on involving humans and animal subjects in the study. Formal permission was sought from all the farm animal owners and participants involved. Participation was voluntary and written consent was obtained from each participant following the ethical committee’s guidelines.
