: Sample collection was carried out by the farm veterinary practitioners strictly following Spanish ethical guidelines and animal welfare regulations (Real Decreto 53/2013). Ethical review and approval was waived for this study, as all examinations and treatments of the animals occurred as professional activities of the farm veterinarian in the framework of his veterinary services and medical care. Written consent was obtained from the farm owners before the start of the study.
