: The samples used for metagenomic and metabolomic analysis in this study were collected with the informed consent of the animal owners for commercial omics testing and have been authorised for use in research. Consequently, institutional animal research ethics was not required. The Animal Research Ethics Committee of China Agricultural University (AW72203202-1-1) has approved the collection and transfer of genetic material for metagenomic sequencing analysis.
