Ethics approval and consent to participate

: This prospective study was conducted after approval from the Institutional review board in the authors’ affiliated institution from August 2017 to December 2018. Ethical clearance was obtained from the ethical committee and approval was obtained from the institutional review board. Consent was taken from all the patients prior to inclusion into the study.
