: This study (ethical approval number 2024-302-01) was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and registered in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry ( , ChiCTR2400090031). The research was conducted from October 2024 to March 2025.
