: All data presented here was collected with the consent of the participants and local authorities. They also consented to the publication of the data for scientific purposes and to contribute to the conservation of their knowledge. The ethic code of the Latin American Society of Ethnobiology (SOLAE, Spanish acronym) was followed (Cano-Contreras et al. ).
