: The study protocol was approved by the ethics committee, Botany and Microbiology department- the College of Science (Al-Azhar University, Assiut) obtained the approval of the Ethics Committees and the research was conducted following the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki but Ethical approval number: not available. All specimens were collected aseptically and transported to the microbiology laboratory, where they were immediately processed according to the standard microbiological procedures. We would like to confirm that this material is the authors’ own original work, which has not been previously published elsewhere.
