: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Ethics Review Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka (EC/20/088), and the Ethical Review Committee of the Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children, Colombo (LRH/DA/29/2020), Sri Lanka, as patient recruitment was conducted at the hospital. All parents and guardians of the voluntary patients for the study were given a clear idea about the purpose of the study and adequate time to read and understand the provided information sheet before obtaining their informed consent.
