: This study was conducted on a cohort of healthy individuals in accordance with a research protocol approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University (MFM-IRB Approval No. R.23.12.2417; January 16, 2024). Data collection was performed between February and October 2024, after obtaining written informed consent from all participants. All participants provided written informed consent freely after receiving detailed information regarding the research aims, study procedures, and potential ramifications. The confidentiality of personal data was strictly maintained throughout the investigation. This study was not classified as a clinical trial because it did not involve any interventional procedures; consequently, a clinical trial number is not applicable.
