: The ethics board at Assam University approved this study in accordance with the University Ethical committee in the guidelines of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR, Govt of India), and the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Silchar approved the sampling procedure from multiple regions in North-East India (IEC/AUS/2015–003 dated 4/9/15). The patients signed their informed consent forms and filled out the questionnaires with the necessary clinical and demographic information after being briefed by the participating doctors. Each method was applied in accordance with the relevant laws and guidelines.
