Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was approved by the ethics committee in Ain Shams University (IRB00006379). Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants, which was approved by the ethics committee due to minimal harm. Computed tomography imaging was not done for the sole purpose of research. The research methodology only included chart review and processing cardiac computed tomography images that were performed for other indicated medical reasons.
