: The study is a secondary analysis of data collected from the European Society of Cardiology ACCA-EAPCI ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (ESC-STEMI) Registry, which operates under the ethical guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval for the registry was obtained from the respective ethics committees of all participating centers, including the 19 Egyptian centers contributing data to this analysis. All patients provided written informed consent at the time of enrollment in the ESC-STEMI Registry, and their data were anonymized prior to analysis to ensure confidentiality. The secondary analysis conducted in this study adhered to all relevant ethical standards for research involving human subjects.
