Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics and Research Committee of the Institute of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, and Abbassia Mental Health Hospital. All participants or their legal guardians signed written informed consent, after discussing the aim and procedures of the study. Participation was free and voluntary.
