Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical consideration and approval according to the instruction of the research ethics committee in the Institute of Postgraduate Childhood studies (IPGCS, 2014) and National Research Center were taken in accordance to the code of ethics of the World Medical Association (Declaration of Helsinki, 1989) for experiments involving humans.A written informed consent was obtained from the parents after explanation of the aim of the study and its benefits for their children and an oral consent was taken from the child.
