: We had an approval from the Ethical Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University, Egypt (IRB# 2016). The necessary official permissions to carry out the study were obtained from the Educational and Social Solidarity directorates.We obtained a written informed consent from parents of the children of the high-risk group before filling the questionnaires. They were reassured about the strict confidentiality of any received information, and that the study results would be used only for research. The study procedures were free from any harmful effects on the participants.
