: The 1964 Helsinki Declaration, its later amendments, and similar ethical standards, as well as the institution’s or ethics committee’s ethical standards, were all followed in all procedures carried out in research involving human subjects. The ethical commission of Ain Shams University gave its approval (FMASU R283). Every individual taking part in the study gave their informed consent. Participants provided clear, fully informed consent for the use of their anonymized data in publications and research. Children and teenagers who took part in the intervention provided written, fully informed consent for the use of anonymized data for publishing and research as well as for the purpose of service evaluation.
