: The study protocol was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Suez Canal University (Approval ID: 4588, approval date: 29.6.2021). Written informed consent to participate was obtained from caregivers of participants under 18 years along with adolescent assent, after full explanation of the study purpose and steps. We assured our study participants that all study responses are dealt with full anonymity and confidentiality and explained how data is going to be processed throughout the research stages.
