: The study proposal was approved by both the Scientific Committee and the Ethical Committee of the Department of Psychiatry at the Kasr Al Ainy Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University (MD-285–2021).All subjects were granted written informed consent following a discussion regarding the study's objectives. All subjects were explicitly informed that their participation in this study was entirely voluntary and did not involve any direct benefits or risks for them or their relatives. It was also clarified that the relative's treatment plan would not be impacted by the decision to discontinue participation in the study at any time, with or without justification. Furthermore, they were enlightened that the findings of this investigation could be utilized as a scientific publication, while the confidentiality of all participants’ identities would be maintained.
