: Prior to the study, administrative approvals were obtained from the regional health and social protection directorates. The study protocol was also submitted to the Ethics Committee for Biomedical Research of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, University Mohamed V of Rabat, and received approval under reference number 61/25.All patients were informed of the study’s objectives and procedures and provided prior written, free, and informed consent before participation.Patients’ anonymity and confidentiality were ensured through data coding, and they retained the right to withdraw from the study at any time. Data entry and management were conducted exclusively by the research team, with access to the collected information strictly restricted to authorized personnel.
