: This article presents a case report involving a pediatric patient with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis with severe neurological sequelae who received PRP subcutaneous injection. The study complied with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from the patient’s parents to publish their cases and accompanying images. The need for ethics approval was waived by the Hospital Inner Committee, as per their guidelines. The confidentiality of patient information was strictly maintained, and all data were de-identified.
