: Ethical approval was obtained for this study from the Research Ethical Committee at Cairo University Kasr al Ainy Faculty of Medicine, with approval number (N65-2020). The tool was also approved by hospital administration to enable its dissemination. Informed consent (see Appendix) was obtained from each participating pediatrician after proper orientation regarding the study's impact and objectives and the confidentiality of the collected data. The data collected was anonymized to protect the identity of the patients before its use. The study was conducted following the Declaration of Helsinki [].
