: A Research Ethics approval was not required for this article, being an internal audit of clinical practice. Departmental procedures for audit were followed. This study is not experimental. It is a retrospective and observational study to gather specific information about approved procedures. This work follows the principles of the World Medical Association (WMA) Declaration of Helsinki (1964), and its subsequent updates, and good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines and framework. No individual consent for participation and publication was required, as there is no patient-identifiable data published herein. Institutional directives were observed and followed.
