: Ethical approval was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of the Clinical Nutrition Institute. In consideration of local cultural norms and literacy constraints, the committee formally granted a waiver of written consent and approved the use of verbal informed consent. Participants were provided with a full explanation of the study’s purpose, voluntary nature, and confidentiality protocols. Verbal consent was documented by trained interviewers using a standardized consent log, as per approved study protocol. No monetary or material incentives were provided.
