Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the ethics committee of the “Vision” private center (Dr. Haider Abdulkadir and Mustafa Midhat) with approval number (Ref: 2020/0132). The patients provided verbal consent affirming their agreement to participate in the study. The verbal consent is considered based on the policy of the Vision center. The written consent is taken and kept for those who require intervention procedures or contrast material administration and those who are participating in researches that require confidential patient information; otherwise, verbal consent is taken from patient and is formally documented and witnessed according to WMA Declaration of Helsinki for research on human subjects. The ethics committee did approve this procedure.
: All patients included in this research gave written informed consent to publish the data contained within this study. If the patient was deceased or unconscious when consent for publication was requested, written informed consent for the publication of this data was given by their parent or legal guardian.
