In the informed consent document, the importance of participation was highlighted and the characteristics of the study and the possible risks and benefits were explained. All data were kept confidential and the identity of the participants was unlinked. Additional data is available by sending an email to the corresponding author. The selection of diagnostic tools followed the ethical principles of maximum benefit and non-maleficence. This manuscript has the approval of the ethical committee concerning publishing data derived from the main clinical trial.
