: Written informed consent was obtained from the patient for the publication of clinical photographs and MRI images in this journal. In addition to obtaining consent, ethical considerations were carefully addressed to protect patient confidentiality. All identifying features in the clinical images were either removed or anonymized to minimize the risk of patient identification.
