Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Principal Military Hospital (Approval No. 42/2023/CLPP/Hôpital Militaire de Tunis). The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (1975), as revised in 2000, and in compliance with the institutional ethical standards. Informed consent was obtained from all participants included in the study. Additional informed consent was obtained from patients for whom identifying information, including images, is included in this article. Informed consent was obtained from all adult participants included in the study. For participants under the age of legal consent, specifically those in the 5–15-year pediatric subgroup, informed consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardians.
