Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Research conducted as part of this study adhered to the National Statement on the Conduct of Human Research by the Australian National Health and Medical Research Council and was approved by the University of Wollongong (UOW) and ISLHD Health and Medical Human Research Ethics Committee (LNR/18/WGONG/148). Participants were invited to participate via email forwarded on from their relevant department manager. The email sent included the participant information and consent form clearly stating the voluntary nature of the study, risks and confidentiality. Participation in the survey was voluntary and anonymous.
