: All participants will provide informed consent prior to study participation. The Institutional Review Board of the University of Washington (STUDY00010734) has approved the trial. All procedures are under review at the Kenya Medical Research Institute’s IRB and will be subsequently submitted to Kenya’s National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation. The Institutional Review Boards of Duke Health (Protocol # Pro00081913) and the Kenya Medical Research Institute (Protocol # 598) approved the parent trial.
