: Ethics approval for the interviews was provided by the Women’s College Hospital Research Ethics Board (REB: 2019-0039-E). The questionnaire conducted through the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute was deemed not to require ethics approval since the authors in the study were acting as informants rather than research participants, as described in Act 2.1 of the TCPS2. No participant identifiers are included. As interviews focused on a specific trial, it may be possible to connect a participant to a specific study; however, effort has been made to decrease the likelihood of revealing this connection. All of these aspects were described in the information letter, sent to participants prior to them consenting to be interviewed.
