: This project is a non-clinical research project, conducted primarily to produce information that expands the knowledge base of a scientific discipline or other scholarly fields, and does not involve collecting patient data or performing analyses other than for the purposes of improvement of the quality of care. As such, this evaluation program designed in support of VA quality improvement (QI), does not require IRB review and approval as per VA Central Office designation. Clinic points of contact will not be formally consented; their participation is completely voluntary with respect to level of engagement and responding to invitations to complete surveys and/or interviews. Patient-level data will be used in data analyses but will be anonymized as part of this QI-designated evaluation. All data collection, transfer, management, and analytics will follow protocols that ensure security and protection of confidentiality.
