: All study activities are regulated by the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System Institutional Review Board, although the implementation activities are considered quality improvement and not subject to research board oversight. Veteran participants will be enrolled in the study through natural treatment participation and thus, will not be consented to receive the intervention, and intervention effectiveness will be analyzed using existing consent to access their medical records to be analyzed in aggregate as part of their healthcare. Veterans engaged as consultants to implementation are not study participants and thus are not consented to participate in research. After dropping out, declining, or completing engagement in implementation, then veteran consultants will be approached to become a participant in the process evaluation study and will be engaged in a verbal informed consent process in which they can agree or disagree but will not be asked to sign an informed consent form.
