: The Medical Ethics Committee of the Erasmus University Medical Center determined that ethical approval was not required under Dutch law (MEC-2021–0948). Before participating in the study, all participants provided informed consent, confirming they had been informed about the study’s purpose, that participation was voluntary, and that they could withdraw at any time without providing a reason. Participants also consented to the use of their data, which would be handled anonymously and confidentially, ensuring it could not be traced back to them. Additionally, all client data collected by the de-implementation ambassadors was fully anonymized, with no information on gender, age, or date of birth recorded. As a result, client data was entirely untraceable.
